How Myers-Briggs is Helping Me Understand My Work Style

by Tom Borg
(Canton, MI, USA)

After taking the Myers-Briggs personality test I learned a few things about my professional weaknesses and strengths.

One weakness I became more aware of is my lack of attention to detail. I am now working harder to overcome this area to perform more effectively at my position.

One strength I discovered is my ability to be creative and expressive. This new awareness helps me in understanding and utilizing these two qualities more completely in my position as a alumni-admissions coordinator.

My recommendation is to get to know yourself better through Myers-Briggs it can help make your professional life more rewarding and satisfying.
