Compassionate but Tough is ISFJ Decision Making!

ISFJ Decision Making Z Method

Introverted with Sensing, Feeling and Judging, if this is you then you are a Dominat Sensor.

Sensing "S" is the strongest psycholgical function for you and you will excell at identifying facts that are important to any decision you must make.

As you look at the "Z" diagram below notice that the "S" or Sensing function is the first one to be used.

The second step in the ISFJ decision making model is to then see the concepts that emerge from your powerful and detailed fact finding.

You are likely to NOT excell at this step. Intuition is your "inferior" psychological function....you just don't practice it. (well clinically speaking anyway).

If possible find someone else to identify the potential concepts resulting from the fact gathering process.

Following the "Z" pattern, describing the "logical" possibilities emerging from the prior two steps is the next decision making step. This is a step you also are likely to be somewhat weak in; but, not as week as in "Intuition".

Logical decisiion making is the ISFJ's third or tiertiary function. It is there in your conscious day if you will, but not energize or used much. Again, try to get some help with the "logical" portion of any decision.

Finally you come to the "F" step, the Feeling decision making step. You are naturally strong here. "Feeling" is your secondary psychological function and is powerful in you.

Your "Feeler" plays a supporting role to your Dominant Sensor but they are trusted allies! Trust your feeling decisions.
